How to cancel my subscription?

You are in full control of your your subscription. Please note: a subscription cannot be activated without your confirmation. When subscribing to Premium Access, you agree to the terms by entering your password or confirming via Touch ID/Face ID (iOS) or your account password (Android).

You can continue using the free version of the app after canceling your subscription.

iOS Instructions

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Select the app from the list of active subscriptions.
6. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Additional info:

• The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

Android Instructions

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select the app from the list of active subscriptions.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

• You can continue using the app for free after cancellation.
