What to do if my already purchased subscription doesn't work?

If you’ve already purchased a subscription but are unable to access premium features, don’t worry — you do not need to pay again. Sometimes, issues with subscription recognition can occur due to device settings or app updates. Follow these steps to restore your access:


Step 1: Restore your purchase

  • Open the app and click on → Restore Purchasing.
  • This will refresh your subscription status and grant access to all premium features.


Step 2: Restart your device

  • If restoring the purchase doesn’t work, restart your phone and try again. This can resolve temporary issues with device caching or connectivity.


Step 3: Reinstall the app

  • If the problem persists, delete the app from your device.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Once installed, click on → Restore Purchasing to regain access to your subscription.


Tips:

  • Make sure you're using the same Apple ID / Google Play account used to purchase the subscription.
  • Ensure your device has a stable internet connection when restoring purchases.
